Explore Marseille, Cassis and Aix-en-Provence
Your day starts at 9am when you meet and greet your A la Francaise guide in front of the City Hall (Hôtel de Ville), on Quai du Port in Marseille.
Get ready to fall in love with the city of Marseille! Follow your guide through the climbing alleys of the Panier to discover its old mills, the Hôtel Dieu, the Vieille Charité and even the most Parisian street in Marseille!
The tour of Marseille takes you next to the old port and its fish market, then onwards to the most trendy district of the city. The south bank of Marseille is where you can find artists' studios, bars and numerous restaurants as well as the old abbey.
Next up its time to hop aboard the minivan to discover the famous Bonne Mère and its breathtaking view of Marseille!
After your tour of Marseille, your guide will drive you out of the city, along the Crest Road for a stop in the village of Cassis. Enjoy a spectacular view on the Bay of Cassis as you drive.
Arriving in Cassis take a stroll to the charming old fishing port where you can also take a 1-hour cruise to the breathtaking Calanques of Cassis (cruise tickets are not included but can be purchased on the spot).
Enjoy free time for lunch (not included) on your own during the day.
After Cassis it's time to head to the town of Aix-en-Provence. Take a walk along the Cours Mirabeau with its refreshing fountains and admire the 17th and 18th century mansions. Enjoy some free time before driving back to Marseille.
You will arrive in Marseille at 7pm.

A la Francaise Provence cannot be held responsible if the calanques boat trip is cancelled due to bad weather, or if the Crest Road and access to Cape Canaille is closed.
Comfortable shoes are recommended for the walking tour.
