Select your pick-up location and meet your local guide in Reims or in Aÿ- Champagne (Mareuil-sur-Ay):
- OPTION PICK-UP 1: Pick-up from Reims, at 02:00pm in front of the tourist office of Reims Centre train station. If you arrive by train, when you get off the train, go to the REIMS CENTER exit.
Drive towards Epernay, the capital of Champagne and discover the specificities of the region and its terroir.
- OPTION PICK-UP 2: Pick-up from Ay-Champagne, at 02:45pm at Le Clos Corbier, 5 Boulevard Nicolas François Billecart, 51160 Mareuil-sur-Ay (Google Maps: https://goo.gl/maps/XNqePUxfS1WWsGkN8) (Minivan pick-up and drop off not included for departures from Mareuil-sur-Ay)
Discover the charm of the Champagne countryside through a pleasant drive to a typical Champagne House, Le Clos Corbier, where your electric bike will be ready for you to ride. After a brief warm-up to get comfortable with your e-bike, you’ll be set for an unforgettable adventure through the vineyards.
Pedal through the picturesque landscapes of Montagne de Reims, its vineyards and villages.
Cycle back to Le Clos Corbier down the Marne canal. Visit the cellars and taste different champagnes from the family domaine. You will discover and learn about the champagne making process.
After this memorable afternoon, your guide will drop you off at 06:15PM in Ay-Champagne at 07:00PM in Reims.
Note: Electric bikes are slightly heavier than regular bikes, so prior cycling experience is recommended.
In case of bad weather, the e-bike tour will be run by minibus instead.
Remember to bring a water bottle; you’ll be able to refill it on-site if needed.
