Lavender afternoon tour
At 2pm you will meet your friendly local guide in Aix-en-Provence. They are an expert in Provence and know all the best spots to see the lavender in bloom! Set off in your minivan along the scenic country roads of Provence.
Your guide will take you along picturesque roads through the wide Plateau of Valensole known for its amazing lavander. Find out about the history, traditions and culture behind this "blue gold" as you go.
During the course of the afternoon tour your guide will stop at the best photo spots for you to see the lavender in all its beauty.
Enjoy a stop to visit a local producer who will tell you everything about the emblematic flower of Provence and its products like the essential oil, the lavender honey and many other specialties based on lavender.
This is a wonderful tour full of beautiful sights!
You will arrive back in Aix-en-Provence at 6pm when your tour ends.
